Meet Carl
Carl has a passion for helping individuals succeed and a deep commitment to community service. With over two decades of experience in helping communities, businesses, government agencies, and individuals, he has dedicated his career to empowering others and creating opportunities for growth. Under his leadership, Rise Now has developed a range of impactful programs that support individuals on their journey to independence. Carl believes in the power of mentorship and community, and he strives to inspire others to take charge of their futures.

Rise in the Community
At Rise Now, we are proud to be an active part of our community. We collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to provide valuable resources and programs that benefit individuals and families. Through initiatives like our Annual College Tours, Youth Leadership Programs, and partnerships with organizations such as the Knights of Pythagoras and the Prince Hall Masons, we aim to create a supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
Our Rise Employment Advocacy Program (R.E.A.P.) is a key component of our community efforts, designed to assist individuals in overcoming barriers to employment. Through personalized support, advocacy, and skill-building workshops, R.E.A.P. equips participants with the tools they need to secure meaningful employment, empowering them to achieve their career goals. Together, we are building a stronger, more resilient community for all.
